The cottage was a lovely,well equipped with everything u needed .Good location,nice and quiet.The bed was so comfortable and the shower was really nice .

This little gem is cosy, warm, beautifully decorated and appointed, and is soooo quirky!! We absolutely loved it. The location, right on a main High Street means you can stand outside and see several places to eat, a gorgeous coffee shop, fish & chips and a supermarket without taking more than about ten steps! At the same time, you could be a million miles away once you're cosied up in this home from home. We wished we could have stayed longer!

It is well placed for the town so takeaways/eating out etc. There is free parking a short walk away. The accommodation is larger than anticipated and has plenty of quirky features, thought has clearly been given to that. We slept well.

No breakfast included. It was quaint and private. The location was good. It was cosy.

This property is absolutely a gem for those travelling in or around Downham! It’s so lovely and quaint, location is perfect and has everything you need for your stay. Caroline is a fabulous host and great with communication regarding the stay. Would definitely come back to the Beehive if I were in Downham again!
