Really lovely room and perfect location for us. Very easy (short) walk down the hill to the city center. Bed was amazing as was the shower. Complimentary toiletries were really goo quality (same brand as my local spa uses!) Near perfect stay for us.

the location, the decor, the comfort were all excellent, the staff were all very welcoming and pleasant.
Noah was very helpful on checkout rectifying the few disappointments we'd had.
Safe and secure parking
Good location near food and transit. Easy to find. There was a discrepancy in my bill and, when I insisted, they fixed it quickly.
Perfect place for access to the University of Bristol, very nice breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff.
