Excellent location. Great staff. Excellent service in the bar (very polite).

The staff are absolutely friendly and very helpful, on arrival the receptionist was very thorough in telling us about the room and what the hotel facilities were, the complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate was a brilliant selection and you can even take your coffee mug down to the witherspoons and get complimentary refilled. You can also ask for a clean mug and still get a complimentary refill too. thank you to all the staff very well run hotel and bar

nice building and close to the city center. easy to reach with public transport. staff are friendly.

Location is nice, very close to train station Birmingham New Street. There are a lot of shops and pubs in walking distance. I lived on 5th floor, the room was cosy, the windows are soundproof so I have not heard street noise even at busy Friday night when Birmingham city centre is very loud. Also I like chair and mirror in my room, they are awesome!

Staff were so welcoming and happy to help answer any questions. Location was great for new street and all amenities in central Birmingham.
