The room, hotel and staff were excellent and I would recommend to others. However, a big negative was that breakfast did not being until 10.00am and my family needed to be on the road to drive down to Devon the following day. This meant that they had to get something from a service station en route. Had we known, they could at least have got something from the town the day before checking in.
Excellent location for Reigate. Quiet elevated position. Friendly staff. Great value.
The hotel was pleasant to stay in, one of my favourite areas to visit, lots of places to see, room was comfortable with friendly staff, no breakfast available.
The room was clean and comfortable and quite large, with a balcony. There was also a bath, which was a bonus.
There was a wedding party in full swing when we arrived, which was quite loud, which made us a little concerned, but or room was well away from the disco and there was no noise at all.
Location was perfect. Close to the M25. The room has recently been renovated and is good
