the staff were lovely, the breakfasts were lovely also. I asked for a shower and we got that - so thank you to the Burlington the bar staff were also kind and helpful and they cater for older people and understand their needs - very good and wonderful staff all round. The people who tidy rooms very good.

This hotel vastly exceeded the expectations that I had of it beforehand. The staff on the reception desks were all very friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast each morning was great. I liked how you could have it anytime between 7.30-9.30 on weekdays and didn't have to book a slot. The evening meal options were also great. I was able to book onto the 3 course evening meal at the last minute on a couple of occasions. I had bar food on other nights. My room had everything in it that I needed. For a single, it was very spacious compared to lots of places. It was good that there was free Wifi available in the rooms.

Location being very close to the pier, seafront opposite and close to town too. An overnight stop. We didn't eat in the hotel or partake of the evening entertainment

We had a clean comfortable and spacious room. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. Recommended.

Nice quiet room, requested a walk in shower prior to visit and got this. View was at the back over car park but this was not an issue as not in room much. Excellent choice of hot and cold food for breakfast. We had booked the evening meal 3 courses, good value for money for what we paid. Great location for the pier and beachfront walks, hop on buses, and scenic train. All staff that we encountered were very helpful and always very pleasant.
