The bed was so comfortable!! The shower was incredible too. Just a lovely cosy room.
We also loved having a fridge in the room and hot drink facilities.
Loved everything, have stayed here multiple times and it never fails to please. Great food and friendly atmosphere, perfect location with onsite parking. Nice outdoor seating in good weather and the most comfortable rooms/beds of any country inns we’ve visited.
Excellent inn in Coniston. Spacious, comfortable, and well appointed rooms. Meals were delicious. Great location.
This is our 8th or 9th stay at the Crown Inn - we love it! Coniston is a beautiful village in the Lakes, smaller and quieter than some other places. It’s a lovely scenic drive there and has easy access to walks, drives etc. Excellent staff, friendly and helpful and know what they are doing. Breakfast is great; pub food lunches and dinners all good quality, decent range of beers and well stocked bar. Nice mix of locals and visitors - and lots of awesome dogs.
Some of the best, most comfortable Inn-style accommodation we’ve stayed in. Very clean, thoughtfully planned to provide comfort, storage, tea/coffee facilities etc.
Also has on-site (free) parking, which we’ve come to appreciate in comparison to many other places.
Dinner was lovely, and so was breakfast with an excellent choice, the rooms and decor were amazingly clean and modern, couldn't fault it. :)
