Perfect location for what I needed to visit The Green Man & St Giles Church..
4 poster bed ! Lovely room & exceptional staff. Appreciated the personal attention & thanks for arranging taxi back to Gatwick airport.
Room also had a kettle w coffee & tea. Chef made my breakfast to order each morning.
TV in room.
Lovely old building, nice position in the centre of the village.
Nice proximity to the Bluebell Railway.
Front of House made us feel special, looked after us very well, food and service was lovely. Couldn’t fault any aspect of our stay.
Definitely will consider staying one day again.

Lovely characterfull period pub with accommodation. Very good restaurant with excellent food, very friendly and extremely helpful staff.
The room was fine except for poor WiFi that I was unable to connect to.
Although reasonable Wi-Fi down in the restaurant.
The hot water system was a little slow, in heating up, although as long as you are patient, there is plenty of hot water.
Some lights above the mirror in the bathroom didn't seem to work. However there was adequate lighting.
Overall good, a lovely village location and I was particularly grateful for the very helpful and friendly staff. I would recommend.
