The family that runs it are incredible and go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for you. From your room to your food, they aim to please. The breakfast and dinner options were filling and delicious. Great ways to start and end a day hiking or exploring. The location is away from the busier areas like Ambleside and Windmere, so sleeping with open windows was very peaceful and almost no traffic.
The chefs here are the best in the region. They cook with flavor. The location is within walking distance of Hill Top.
