The room was immaculate, and the bed was very comfy. The bathroom was also spotless. The staff where exceptionally polite and made us feel very welcome. The food was incredible, we had dinner and breakfast, the dinner was one of the best meals I have had in years, and I could not fault the breakfast at all. 10/10, we will stay again and I would definitely recommend to others.
The room was snug and may be difficult for some as the steps to the room were very steep, however there were other rooms in the property. The bed was so so comfy, shower snug but nice an powerful. The restaurant food for dinner and breakfast were - well nearly had my hubby crying as the chicken was delicious - as was my food.

Breakfast was delicious!
Situated in a pretty village the Dog makes a great base for exploring nearby attractions. Dinner was excellent although the portions could have been bigger considering the price. Breakfast was superb. Service was first class, all the staff were attentive, professional and very friendly.
