I stayed in the new part of the B&B the room was immaculate and very nicely decorated, the bathroom was spotless. I found the bed a little hard but I do struggle with this at best. It certainly did not detract from how I slept. I was next to the stairs but it was still quite and I did not hear any noise. I loved the fact I could control the temperature in the room as I do not like it being to hot. I did open the window and did not hear any noise from behind my room. The breakfast was serve yourself but was something for everyone from cereal to fruit and full English, I had this and the sausage was fantastic definitely not supermarket prepacked ones.

The location was excellent. It is very near the market place in the centre of Pocklington. We were going to our niece's wedding at the nearby Barmby Barns venue and stayed Friday and Saturday. The Feathers has its own parking with plently of space and included in the price. Breakfast was fine. Full English, vegetarian, cereals juice, coffee and tea. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms and beds. Had a bath in our room(4). Good food in the restaurant. I'm gluten free and this was not a problem. They had safe storage for our bicycles. Enjoyed our stay.

Central location in a cute little town. Nice people and easy to communicate with.
