Brilliant price for a veranda (balcony), great quick and easy check in, even easier check out, free chilled water
A family group of 10 of us stayed for 1 night, 5 rooms in all. Nice clean, modern rooms with a decent fan which was needed with the heatwave. Plenty of tea/coffee/hot chocolate sachets in the rooms with extras in the hallway if needed. Rooms are separate to the pub which was nice, one had a balcony with seating area and nice view. Had an evening meal in the pub which was very tasty and you certainly get plenty of food! Breakfast isn’t included and the day we stayed it wasn’t being served until 10am which was too late for us as we wanted to get out but there are cafes and a McDonald’s fairly close by.
Very good value money. Superior room fabulous view. Lovely balcony.
The room was awesome. Great shower very comfortable bed. Very clean. Into weeks of cycling through Wiltshire Somerset this was the first place I found which served a Plowmans Lunch. So I would give it a 10 just for that. Really pleasant place to stay
Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Live music on the Saturday night.
