Lovely little space, tastefully decorated and furnished, with everything you need for a short stay, comfortable and spotlessly clean
This is a lovely place to stop over - nicely decorated, clean and private. The breakfast kitchenette had been newly added since our last stay & is very good indeed, as was the range of breakfast items, fresh milk & so on. We were visiting family in Southwell so Upton is ideal, but it is a good location for Newark and North Notts more generally. Kathryn & Mike are friendly & great hosts!

It was in a perfect location, everything was spotless and the owners were lovely who were keen for us to have an enjoyable stay.
Very comprehensive for a 'continental' breakfast. Quiet location, which was what we wanted.
