Garden, dining room, delightful service at tea time and breakfast (didn't stay in for dinner or lunch)
The location fantastic; the staff friendly and helpful; the room superb in furnishings and spotlessly clean; the decor in the room and around the hotel was fabulous; the food was absolutely delicious; the peace and quiet was blissful; it was simply a wonderful stay in an excellent hotel and we can't wait to go back...what a find, delighted! It might be a 3* in facilities (even though it had everything we wanted/needed) but it is unquestionably a 4* in quality and service standards.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The garden room was clean and comfortable with its own patio set. The food was delicious, the best sea bass I have ever been served. I loved the quirky decor. There was something interesting wherever you looked.e.g. central lights made of wine glasses, and one made of decanters. Great idea! Loved everything about this hotel.
Excellent rural situation, delicious breakfast and dinner, very friendly and welcoming service, throughout, and comfortable bed with all the facilities required and the whole establishment was very nice and clean.
Very comfortable bed, lovely room with a countryside view. The food was excellent, beautifully presented at both dinner and breakfast. The parking was very good, no worries about getting a space.
