Nice hotel in a great location, very stylish bar and restaurant with friendly staff . Had I couple of issues that where resolved quickly. Thank you Dominique Haines for going up and beyond, upgrading our room and even offered free breakfast in the morning, also thanks to the housekeeping team for the swan and rose petals x
Second time staying here and just as amazing as the first! Everything about this hotel is perfect, the location, the rooms, the staff, the breakfast. Literally zero complaints!
