A very nice girl at the reception, she was extremely helpful with recommendations of restaurants and what to see.
Perfect spot to stay after arriving late into Manchester airport. The staff were very accommodating and facilitated a very late check in last minute after our flight was delayed due to weather. The room was perfect and very clean.
