It is in a fantastic setting with fantastic views over the surrounding countryside, the fact that there is a bar and restaurant so close is a game changer. Free parking in a well lit area that is close to the accommodation is always a winner. Immaculately clean, well stocked with tea and coffee and biscuits. Easy arrival and departure methods. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay there.

I've not staying in the area before but main road access wasn't far away and the road near the property was quiet overnight. I was greeted by the owner Barry who was very welcoming and showed me around but was just the correct balance of welcoming and not intrusive. The Hayloft was bright, clean and well equipped I had an exceptional stay over three days with a restaurant and bar downstairs providing great reasonably priced food, everyone I spoke to was friendly, helpful and pleasant, the bar again was used by the locals and everyone was nice and sociable to me. Great place to stay and when in the area I'II book here again. Many thanks Derek.

This is a spacious, modern and well equipped self-catering holiday flat. In the countryside at the edge of Helston, very well located for both North and South coasts. The hostess (in the modern house just behind the property) is friendly and helpful.

A nice, quiet location for a short break. No frills but comfortable and perfectly adequate accommodation for 2 people at a very reasonable price.

Lovely place to stay, my host Naomi was very helpful with my requests and I would highly recommend staying at the hayloft.
