Everything (except the no elevator issue) including the very nice staff
Great location. Very good dinner and breakfast. You can go on a little evening stroll down to the Loch by taking an underpass. All staff were very welcoming!
It was very easy to find.
Lots of places to sit and relax
The view from our room of Loch Lomond
We stayed just one night and as a stopover before going down south. The staff was very good, the restaurant and breakfast is also very recommendable. The facilities are a bit old but good enough.
The location is amazing, you see the whole lake and walking around you find incredible sights.
Everything was CLEAN. The staff was wonderful. Rooms were big. The restaurant was outstanding
