I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally helpful and made sure all our needs were met. The room was well-equipped, and the bathroom was notably modern and spacious. The carpet and bed were clean and spotless, which made for a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its quality facilities and attentive service.
We had to book a family room as all other options were sold out and we didn't have alternative options, which was expensive for us.
Good price considering its summer holidays in western Cornwall, room well equipped with tea coffee, tv, heating and a bath. Check in easy and only some slight road noise later in the morning otherwise very quiet.
Very big room. Well furnished and equipped. Very comfortable. Good location in the centre. Not far from the station.
Loved the hotel having the pub attached made it very convenient for eating from breakfast through to dinner the prices were super competitive although the food could have been a little hotter otherwise everything was perfect
Nice property and Excellent staff. Enjoyed a lot during stay.
