Perfect position for where we needed to be. Clean and welcoming. Staff really helpful.

We were walking the Southwest Coast Path. Otterton was a bit off the path, but the walk up the River Otter was pleasant.
The location was good plenty to see and do there to dog friendly there are dog walks and there is some lovely thatched roofs on the house to see. Really nice
