It was a really nice hotel very professional and lovely people, right on the lake a nice quiet area with a walk up the road there was many food places and some shops which were handy, if you’re not driving and wanting to go into Liverpool there is the train station nearby but if you come back late the uber will be quite expensive as it’s far out, but for a cute getaway it is amazing
What a location, beautiful setting looking over the lake and a few minutes to the beach. Bedroom massive with big comfy beds. Street food on the Lawn amazing. We booked a private hut, live music even better. Friendly helpful staff. A real gem of a find!!
The room was a really good size with stylish fixtures and fittings. The en suite wet room was clean and spacious. The bed was an excellent size and the sheets and duvet clean, with medium firm pillows. The venue was popular with locals for drinks and food, but the room was quiet. The staff were attentive and helpful. Food in the restaurant was very good and well priced.
It is close to the costal walk and the Antony Gormley 'Another Place' exhibition and also close to the train that takes you further round the coast or back into Liverpool centre.
The location was good for relaxing, good view and quiet
Staff were all lovely and welcoming to me as a solo traveler. Food was very good. Room was clean and very comfortable with nice view of the lake.
