Friendly courteous staff made you feel very welcome. Nothing too much trouble such as early check-in after 6 hours drive.
Love roast lunch and terrific breakfast spread. Good drinks selection, too.
All round good value and a short stroll to the beach and 20 mins to Hunny. Great!

The rooms at the Lodge are lovely. Super comfortable and quiet. Kept cool in the heat with a fan. Classic tea and coffee was available. Large bathrooms and shower facilities. Beach is only a 10 minute walk down the road or a 2 minute drive if you fancy it.
Beautifully presented from the exterior areas through to the dining and bar area. The Lodge has a warm welcoming atmosphere in style and decor but most especially from the staff. My room was very comfortable and first rate.
