The location and the attention to the small details

The location in the Kent countryside was perfect. We enjoyed walking the bridle path to Hever Castle and back, and the public path through the fields to the gorgeous Chiddingstone Tudor village. Helen provided thoughtful extras, including milk, delicious bread, eggs, and yoghurt for our breakfast, as well as yummy chocolates. Lovely decor and everything we needed for our 2 day stay. Very comfortable bed and air conditioning appreciated after arriving to a hot day at the end of a long-haul flight.

Beautiful property in a beautiful setting! The package of goodies was beyond expectation and nothing was missed. Porridge, Fruit, Bread, Butter, Multiple jams, honey, eggs, milk Muesli all provided as part of the stay. Excellent arrange of other things to purchase also provided (different drinks (alcoholic and soft, crisps, chocolate bars etc). The Loft Hatch was immaculately presented and gave us a beautiful place to retreat to after busy days out! The only thing that was a slight niggle was the sink in the bathroom that didn't make for an easy shave because of access. I do know that Helen has planning permission in for a dorma, so hopefully the council get that approved! Didn't detract from the stay at all, in fact gave Karen and I a few giggles trying to use. Excellent stay and will be back for sure.
