Good location and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and very filling. Hosts were very attentive.

Mark and Karen were most welcoming and ensured we had all we needed. Our room, along with the rest of the property was very comfortable but also stylishly furnished and decorated in furnishings which totally suited the age of the house, yet made us feel at home.. The breakfast couldn't have been better, all home produce and freshly made. The fluffy towels in the en suite and the robes provided were a welcome touch as was the fresh milk for the room.. The little treat of hand made chocolates left in our room was also an added luxury. Location was great as close to places to eat and little shops plus parking available at the back.

The Inn is gorgeous, and bright inside. Rooms are beautifully appointed, clean and quiet. Location could not be better for walking around and exploring Llandovery, or to head out more into the adventures Wales holds. Karen and Mark have created a lovely space, and the food is the best I’ve had in my 6 week UK travels, and perhaps you’ll also sit in the spot King Charles occupied on one of his visits to Llandovery. There just isn’t a more romantic, curated stay I could imagine, The New White Lion is a true highlight.

The property was first rate and owners were very accommodating. Breakfasts were delicious especially the homemade bread.

I spent four nights in a well appointed, quiet and large room with an excellent shower. Mark and Karen were congenial hosts who were extremely attentive to my needs. Karen prepared a wonderful breakfast of my choice from her menu. The location is a great choice for exploring the interior of South Wales.
