The location couldn't be beat. It's right in the middle of everything. It's quaint and updated.
The room overlooked the harbor. The bed was 2 twins put together, so basically a king.
We were able to have dinner at the bar for our large group and used the outside tables for a snack after the harbor cruise. Nice bath amenities.
Friendly staff, great food, clean room, beautiful bathroom products. would definitely recommend.

We had an excellent night stay at the Old Custom House. Friendly and helpful staff from check in to check out. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Despite being above a restaurant/bar, it was very quiet. Great location near the dock. Filling breakfast with a variety of vegetarian choices. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
The room we had no 12.was excellently situated overlooking the harbour.
The room ,the bedding and en-suite were absolutely spotlessly clean.

Padstow is a lovely place anyway and is always clean and well presented .
The choice of restaurants have reduced in number since my last visit but I suppose this was due to lockdown.
Overall an excellent stay and we are planning a visit in September.
