Location, size, and host. Cereal, bread, butter, and jam in the fridge.
Center of town, a block from the (surprise) annual International Food Fair, yummy. Bed comfortable, pleasant kitchenette, roomy, windows that opened, friendly cleaner.
It was a lovely apartment, very clean and modern. It’s in a central location and very safe. The owner was very helpful and quickly responded to all texts. Would recommend!
