Great location for a wedding at the Ash Barton Estate, which is a 7 minute drive. The village is a 5 minute walk away with a pub 2 minutes away.
Location, comfortable living room . Plenty of space and on site parking . Close to the beach (8mins)
Really nice to meet the owners again, I went with my partner the first time and really enjoyed the place and location, so much I went back with a friend.
1st time was Nov/Dec 24 and this time May 25 and it was the same high standard and same lovely people. Yay.
Local shops, pubs, bars, nearby on the high street only 5mins walk, 10ish minutes drive to saunton beach for some surf.

Spacious, clean top floor apartment. Lovely location, friendly owners and great value for money.
