The welcome was great, really friendly staff. The room was clean, well stocked, homely and the beds were great.
Breakfast was great. Staff were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We were even allowed to check in earlier than stated to allow us time to get ready for the family wedding we were attending. Great location, 5min walk from the Barbican, pubs, restaurants and the sea.
Breakfast was excellent. None of us expected it to be 10 out of 10. Certainly worth walking up the road to. The host and staff were very friendly.
Breakfast was nice, a great choice of cooked options served at the table by friendly staff.
The room was very clean.
Our dog was welcome in our room .We will definitely stay there again when visiting our daughter studying in Plymouth.
Bed was very comfortable. Staff were lovely and very eager to help in any way. The breakfast was delicious. No cerfew was helpful as we knew we were coming back fairly late after a concert.
