The location was perfect; out of the way from the many tourists yet just a short, pretty walk down the lane to the main street and then to the beautiful harbour side. I loved the peace and tranquility of the holiday let, with options to sit out on the balcony or in the garden. Very helpful and welcoming hosts. The cream tea was a great surprise and very much welcomed after a long drive! Will happily return :)

The bed was extremely comfortable, loads of space, shower had a good pressure, bedroom nice and cool (we visited in hot weather), good selection of dvds and books, like a home from home. Comfortable. Excellent if you like stargazing

It's an ideal location, just a short walk from the centre of Polperro. It's private and very quiet and peaceful. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Really appreciated being left some milk, tea and coffee, (+ biscuits!), not to mention the cream tea offered on arrival. Mark and Jo are always very warm and welcoming,
