The staff are excellent and there is no shortage of them. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The cleanliness is superb. Everything was of a very high standard.

I really liked the facilities, especially being able to use the spa and the gym (very well equipped) included in the price of the stay. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and Elemis toiletries.
Very close to the Peak District so a perfect location to many walks.
Unfortunately ran out of some items also would have loved it if you could do porridge
Maisie and Jos (at the front desk) were just wonderful. We arrived late at night and they so warmly welcomed us and got us to our room. The room itself was perfect. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve had since traveling in England. And the darling staff in the club cafe and spa went above and beyond for us.
