Lovely clean room with a large bed right in the middle of Chapel St Leonards. Large car park behind with plenty of space too. Pub below is friendly too, easy walk to beach and nearby shops.

The room was lovely and clean, the bed comfortable and a good supply of tea and coffees. There was a really good pressure in the shower. Although the hotel was full the room was very quiet and we didn't hear our neighbours or people walking past in the corridor. We were able to come and go as we pleased. The staff are friendly and polite. As a bonus the hotel is also a pub and restaurant, selling reasonably priced food and drink. The meals we had were lovely. We had a wonderful weekend.
