Location was amazing. I could walk to the West End and see Westminster, Big Ben, and the London Eye or walk 5 minutes to the underground and be almost anywhere in the city in less than half an hour. The hostel itself is on the end of a street with tons of restaurants, shops, and a great overall atmosphere. The free breakfast provided didn't have a huge variety of options but what was available was great quality and very tasty. The rooms were clean and comfortable and I felt very safe during my entire stay.

Good quality, budget accommodation in the heart of London. The staff were friendly and it felt safe. The twin room we had was lovely and had towels/earplugs for comfort

Location, location, location. The Hostel itself is cute, well thought out, and hires delightful employees - every one.

The location is central to a lot of museums, monuments, as well as restaurants. Easy to get to. There are tons of restaurants to choose from, as well as shops. The bathroom was spacious enough as well, although the toilet, not so much. The common areas are kept clean. Breakfast was decent, cereals, coffee, tea, milk, toast... it would be great to have some protein like eggs, but otherwise good. They let you keep your luggage for free if you come in before check in. Staff are accommodating too.
