John, the caretaker, was so helpful and patient with us. He was always available if we had a question or an issue and went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay. We had a beautiful view of the Clyde from our room for the first four days of our stay. We came back and stayed an additional three days. We had a different room and that room was a little larger which we also liked.

John, the property manager was amazing . He was friendly, helpful, and helped to make our stay enjoyable . The view is the Clyde and the warm breeze blowing through our window was amazing . There is a shared sitting/kitchen area with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and ironing board . Very convenient .

The customer service is truly excellent. Special mention for the fantastic John, who always strives to make guests welcome and comfortable. The location on the banks of the River Clyde presents some rooms with magnificent views, the town centre of Greenock is 5 mins walk away as are the local bars, restaurants and theatre including the local Wetherspoons pub which is the best place for breakfast. The railway station Greenock Central is 7 mins walk away with trains connecting to Glasgow and Gourock with its ferry connections. The rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable and offer value for money.

Only reasonably priced lodging in and around Glasgow. Close to bus and rail line. Weatherspoon has the best prices in the UK.

Great location, river view and close to a supermarket. All we needed, including a useful kitchen to make a basic meal. Good value for money.
