We were told that reception was 24/7 but when me and my partner went outside for a cigarette we got locked out, noone had shown or told us how to use the key to get back in, my partner then had to run round to the side of the hotel just to get someones attention.. we finally got let in.

City centre location sandwiched between Chinatown and Gay Village within easy walking distance of most city centre venues,within short taxi ride for others. Friendly, welcoming reception and helpful staff in bar/diner. Room much of a muchness - typical for this type of hotel - functional and perfectly adequate. Well presented all you can eat and drink breakfast. Room a tad overpriced, fixed shower, having to use public car park

Location is absolutely perfect if you want to go shopping, food, drinks- everything you need is 5 minute walk away. Staff really helpful and friendly, clean and comfy rooms. Parking also 5 minute walk and a great discount if your staying at hotel. Very little to be dissatisfied about!
