Hotel was extremely hot and smelly They key cards constantly stopped working The staff was rude and not helpful The beds are uncomfortable and Matress had blood and stains on Charge to much for room and looked nothing like on website photos was awful Told the staff I didnt like the stay and that thing was wrong ahe told me your stay was ok and pointed at the door how ruined wouldnt ever stay there again overpriced rude smelly and dirty

Very friendly, very helpful and the staff make you welcome. Great location and close to the train station. There’s no air conditioning in the rooms.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel well kept and clean. Nothing bad to say about my experience! A+ all round

The room was clean and modern and the staff pleasant but a fault with the water supply made it impossible to shower,I was refunded in full which is all anyone can ask Very little disappointed me, I would have liked more tea and coffee but I am "nit picking"
