The whole experience from start to finish.
Excellent staff interaction especially Jade the receptionist and the Irish breakfast chef.
The food was wonderful, hot, tasty and varied. The bar staff were very efficient and friendly. The cleaners said "Good morning" and smiled which my Mum appreciated. The singers were brilliant.
The room was basic but clean and perfect for our requirements.
My Mum has a wheelchair and we were positioned close to the ramp, reception and entertainment.
