From the receptionist welcome who was very helpful
The bed was comfortable and very fresh linen
Restaurant food very tasty
Perfect location across the Thames
Simple, clean, comfortable rooms with friendly, helpful staff and nice pub downstairs. NB: there is no food or restaurant onsite but there’s a great cafe less than 5 mins down the road for breakfast, and a great Thai restaurant. The location was fantastic alongside the canals, with a lovely canal walk and fantastic pub on the canal nearby.
Excellent value for money. Room was clean and had all facilities. Lovely location beside the Thames
Breakfast was excellent. Room a little dated and 'compact' Great location right by the river. Friendly helpful staff. Ample free parking. Not a lot to complain about for the price.
The location was amazing and unlike a lot of hotels in the area had onsite parking which was a big bonus. The breakfast was really good and the staff amazing and helpful.
