Enjoyed our stay. Had dinner at hotel. Good food. Nice rooms. Would stay here again.
The Victoria had everything this traveler needed to provide a restful and stimulating sojourn. The hotel is a short ride from Bangor railway station on the Anglesey side of the bridge. The bar and outdoor sitting area gave my dog and I more than enough room to relax and enjoy the view of the Menai Strait. Shops are a few steps away, and the hotel has an extensive menu which apparently attracts locals as well as visitors.
Good location. Garden area was well maintained and seating facilities were comfortable. Sea view room was bijou but provided good facilities and services. Bar and restaurant areas were comfortable and relaxed.
Lovely breakfast outside on the terrace with beautiful views of the Menai Straits. Lovely garden.
It was lovely to be in a small and friendly hotel. The room was excellent and the staff smiley, helpful and genuinely wanting us to have everything we needed. The room was comfy and quiet, even though next to the road. We only stayed one night, on comour way to the ferry but managed a beautiful walk through Menai Bridge.
