First thing that I liked was the room being nice and warm I had a parking space too which is unusual nowadays
Sue made us feel so at ease at check-in (beautiful double Room 8). Liked the character features hotel has retained like the ornate ceiling rose around the pendant light fitting. Breakfast was consistent each morning and used quality ingredients making it real value for money. Always plentiful juice, coffee and toast around my cooked breakfast. First day we walked 6 minutes to bus statioin for a trip to Scarborough. Next day, we walked one street onto sea-front and turned left for the walk to Flamborough Lighthouse. Beautiful views from the cliffs. Already told Miles the owner to expect us back again:)
BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT, STAFF WERE SUPERB NOTHING TOO MUCH TROUBLE, MADE OUR STAY GREAT

Very helpful , clean,not too far from beach,town centre,harbour.car park good.friendly staff. We had booked a double room for two but was joined by our grandson at very short notice on speaking with Miles he rearranged everything for us, too a lovely room to accommodate the 3 of us..well pleased.
