Everything. The proprietors were extremely welcoming, friendly and made sure to accommodate. They booked us a car service to pick us up at the airport, a reservation at a restaurant, and a taxi to get to the airport (along with follow up calls to ensure the taxi’s timely arrival). The breakfast was excellent. The property was beautiful. We highly recommend Windfalls Boutique Hotel.
The bed was comfortable, the shower was the best of the five hotels we stayed in. The location was quiet.
This place is exceptional, the room, interior design, the home made breakfast - a labor of love. Very close to Gatwick; a great countryside feel to it although over the wall from the freeway. Great restaurants nearby
Breakfast was extra, but a very nice selection with fresh made coffee; very accommodating. The hotel was more like a Bed and Breakfast and very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Besides our room, we could also use the living room provided. The owners live on site so very easy to make a request or get in touch with them. If needed, called a taxi as needed for us when we went out. Would definitely return to Windfalls Boutique. There is not much too do in Crawley but the surrounding towns are very nice to visit.
Attention to detail. Peaceful. Relaxed. Wonderful host.
