Bigger than expected, great flat, loved the layout.

Was very comfortable and communication with owners was good.
A spacious flat with above average decor and facilities. Very good location to bus or drive into City centre The flat is on a main road which can be a bit noisy with the windows open.
Car parking in adjacent road was fine.
Lots of thoughtful extra touches..... two warm fleeces in the living room, everything we needed for a weekend stay. The heating was excellent given the very cold temperatures in January. All very comfortable and clean.
The communication was very prompt. Property was clean and fresh
