We felt very confortable, everything looked well looked after and the staff was very friendly and professional
Faultless from checking in to checking out, staff all friendly and professional
Room was spacious and clean. The locations is great and the hotel has a big car park. Staff was very nice and helpful
Standard room was large and the bed comfortable. Breakfasts were good.
Walking distance to the main shopping area of Solihull.
The room was great, staff were fantastic and location wise I really couldn't fault the hotel in general. Leisure facilities were a great way to unwind at the end of the day. Food was good for dinner and breakfast.
