Friendly and pro staff from valet to front desk to other staff walking around engaging with the customer - very rare these days so I appreciated the mini bar lady asking if she could help me with my luggage! That mindset there is priceless!
I love the location and amenities in the room. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Beautiful property, the food at the restaurants and cafe was amazing, the cafe was especially great - breakfast and coffee, staff was great, location was amazing (one block from soul cycle and the comedy store) all organic products, etc. bed was very comfortable, and the rooftop is very busy on weekends which is great if you know to book ahead
Loved everything - super helpful staff; the bed was incredibly comfortable - more than my bed at home and I have a very expensive mattress!
The hotel had a very chic vibe to it. We loved all the greenery inside, the view from the pool and the spa services.
