Beautiful home with everything you need. Great location close to restaurants and grocery store.
The property was located in a beautiful area. Lots of wildlife We saw a bear,racoon family and 3 deer. The property is close to grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations.
Excellent location for activities in Pagosa Springs, including Wolfcreek Pass.
Super bonus, access to the garage was a huge plus for cold, snowy mornings to keep the car warm and snow free!
