The location is perfect for attending Rocky Grass. The check in is via self and the communication is top notch. The staff responds quickly to text messages. The on site food truck had the best food and the bar is also good! Staff very friendly and attentive. The room could have been a little cleaner.

Exceptionally comfortable queen bed.though linens had some stains. Very old shower w/exposed hot water pipe not disclosed (nor safe imo) in listing photos. No TV.

Adorable, comfortable room, with a little kitchenette. Came up to see a show across the street and wanted to stay overnight with my dogs so we could hike the next day. Perfect!

Location in Lyons is unbeatable, It took a moment to figure out the checkin process as I was last minute, but the hosts were really great and helpful! I love seeing people do creative things with older properties and making them fresh and fun again, Ill stay here again for sure!
