The staff was very friendly. The location was great. Room was nice.
Easy access to nearby restaurants and free airport shuttle service 24/7!
Convenience, near airport. Had a shuttle to airport, large room, good not perfect but better than some with regards to clean, and priced well.
Our flights were delayed and we didn't fly in to Albany until 1 am. I called ahead from Chicago and they said No problem, just call us when you get here and we will come pick you up, and they did! We were too tired to drive, and the car rental place's website said they closed at midnight. Albany Inn drove us back to the airport the next morning, after our breakfast (which was included in the price). And I just made the reservation the night before, after SW texted me to say our flight to Rochester would likely cancel due to weather, but I could re-book at no additional cost, so I re-booked to Albany. And booked a rental car from Albany, which apparently many of us did, bc they were short of cars and many many of us waited 2 hours for our cars. But the Albany Airport Inn was great! What a life saver!
Bed was comfortable ... food options across the street and down the road a short distance.
