I loved the property because of its welcoming and inviting atmosphere. The moment my daughter and I walked in we were greeted with smiles and warmth.
The location was really good and the staff at reception where nice
The staff was friendly from top to bottom, every single person. 10/10 for cleanliness! The property was well maintained inside and out. The bartender at W XYX made the best drinks! Great experience and would definitely stay again
The front desk staff were the best. Our first and last interaction was with Kai, and from the start throughout our stay he made us feel welcome, and he served us with an enthusiastic, positive attitude. The hotel has a great location with lots to do onsite and in the immediate area. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again when we are in Miami.
It is the first time visiting the hotel and despite the fact that the stay was short, the hotel very clean the very respectful and pleasant reception, the wide room and the very comfortable bed
