Easy airport in and out every 15 minutes. Big, clean efficient rooms. Perfect after or before a long flight out.
This hotel is very convenient if you are traveling from SF Airport. Rooms are comfortable and shuttle service to the Airport very convenient as well.
The staff was wonderful with typed instructions on how to return your rental car and catch the shuttle back to the hotel. The most available times for airport shuttle and ran on time with a very friendly driver.
The convenience of having 4 shuttle runs per hour to and from the airport and the hotel being so close to SFO are two main factors why we usually choose to stay at Aloft SFO. We usually stay there because of the room rates. When the rates sometimes double, we end up selecting another hotel in the vicinity of SFO.
It was clean and convenient to the airport. The patio is a nice touch and the pool is small but refreshing after a long flight. Staff are friendly and welcoming.
