They are very close to the campus, shops, and restaurants in Pullman. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The A/C was much appreciated.

The proprietress of the establishment was extremely welcoming and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. There was a small issue with the satellite dish not wanting to work in the first room we were given, but she promptly switched us into another room when I inquired about the TV not working. She even allowed me to verify that the dish was operational in the new room before we moved our belongings! At the time my son and I checked in there was another family checking in as well who were attempting to sneak 3 additional people into their 2 person room, and were quite rude and abusive to the proprietress when she reminded them of the occupancy policy. I was very impressed by the way she handled their tantrum and still maintained a safe and respectful environment for those of us who follow the rules.

The owner of the hotel was most accommodating for me and was helpful from the very start of my arrival to the property. We were able to get along and Stu made the entire stay worth every penny because she listened to my story and provided above and beyond any hotel I've stayed at in the Pullman area at nearly half the cost, l recommend this motel above all others because of the owner's hospitality.
