Everything. It’s a nice quiet, comfortable and reasonable place to stay. Room has everything a person needs. Microwave, cold refrigerator, great shower and a comfortable king size bed. All of the staff I encounter are very nice. It’s became my go to place when I’m in the Grand Forks area.
Very good value for the cost, great location near stores and restaurants.
We had a king room, pet-friendly, on first floor. Room was clean and spacious. I always appreciate when there is a light to read by on each side of the bed. We ate our Chinese takeout on a little bistro table out the back door that overlooked a broad lawn (good for the dog).
It was very quiet, it was a Monday night, but exceptional.
Clean and great location. Staff were friendly and professional. Great value for the price.
