Disabled room and bathroom were simply superb. I really enjoyed it and felt quite well supported. The staff were very nice and responsive.

It was easy to drive to a conveniently located by several restaurants.

Loved the convenience of being across from the mall. The staff was great and had good recommendations!

We loved the hotel location, very close to Marymoor Park, where we were attending the Cirque Du Soleil Kooza performance. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They gave us a requested early check-in and told us to take our time checking out, so that we did not have to rush our breakfast. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant at the hotel was excellent. And they provided indoor parking which was included.

We love the expansive lobby with free coffee and tea (and festive hot chocolate bar in the evening) multiple seating areas suitable for meeting friends and family, the "store" with all the snacks and wine, and the adjacent bar and restaurant. The gym is spacious, full of natural light, and well-equipped. We did not use the pool, which looked clean, accessible, though small for an adult looking to do laps. Across the parking lot is Redmond Town Center (photo included) with shopping and restaurants, and the rest of Redmond's center is a short drive or a leisurely stroll away. Eventually, the Light Rail will connect Redmond to downtown Bellevue and even more eventually, Seattle and Sea-Tac airport. So this location will only get better.
